By accessing or using Prometheus AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by RocketCore LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company.
The Service is currently in beta testing. This means features may change, bugs may occur, and the service may have downtime. Beta access is provided free or at reduced cost in exchange for feedback and understanding of these limitations.
Prometheus AI is a cybersecurity threat intelligence platform that provides real-time threat detection, machine learning-based attack classification, automated threat blocking, and security dashboard reporting.
To use the Service, you must provide accurate registration information, maintain security of your credentials, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
You agree NOT to use the Service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse engineer the software.
The Prometheus Agent monitors network traffic and system logs, sends telemetry to our servers for analysis, and may automatically block detected threats. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to install the Agent on target systems.
We collect security telemetry (IP addresses, attack signatures, timestamps) to detect threats. We do NOT collect personal user data, passwords, or private communications. See our Privacy Policy for details.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will detect all threats or be error-free. No security solution can guarantee 100% protection. This is especially true during the beta period.
RocketCore LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
